Dispute Resolution & Refunds
Dispute Resolution Process
If you are not satisfied with a service, you may raise a dispute through our platform within 48 hours of job completion. Our team will review the dispute and work towards a fair resolution for all parties.
Refund Eligibility:
- • Service not delivered as agreed
- • Worker no-show without notice
- • Service quality significantly below standard
- • Double or incorrect charges
Non-Refundable:
- • Completed services accepted by customer
- • Late cancellation by customer (less than 2 hours)
- • Disputes raised after 48 hours
- • Platform service fees after job completion

Our team reviews evidence and communicates with both parties

Refunds processed within 5-7 business days if approved
