For Customers

User Responsibilities

General Conduct

  • • Respect other users and service providers
  • • Use the platform only for legitimate purposes
  • • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Prohibited Activities

  • • Fraudulent or misleading information
  • • Harassment or discriminatory behavior
  • • Circumventing our platform for payments
  • • Sharing login credentials or accounts

Service Provider Terms

Verification Requirements

All service providers must complete our verification process, including identity verification, skill assessment, and background checks where applicable.

Service Standards

Service providers must maintain professional standards, provide quality services, and respond promptly to customer inquiries.

Payment Terms

Payments are processed through our secure system. Service fees and payment schedules are outlined in your service provider agreement.

Booking & Payment Terms

Booking Process

Dispute Resolution & Refunds

Dispute Resolution Process

If you are not satisfied with a service, you may raise a dispute through our platform within 48 hours of job completion. Our team will review the dispute and work towards a fair resolution for all parties.

Refund Eligibility:

  • • Service not delivered as agreed
  • • Worker no-show without notice
  • • Service quality significantly below standard
  • • Double or incorrect charges

Non-Refundable:

  • • Completed services accepted by customer
  • • Late cancellation by customer (less than 2 hours)
  • • Disputes raised after 48 hours
  • • Platform service fees after job completion

Resolution Process

1. Report Issue

Contact our support team within 48 hours via chat or email

2. Review

Our team reviews evidence and communicates with both parties

3. Resolution

Refunds processed within 5-7 business days if approved

Limitation of Liability

Important Legal Notice

GIGSWIFT acts as a platform connecting customers with independent service providers. While we verify providers and facilitate transactions, we are not responsible for the quality of services provided. Our liability is limited to the platform service fees paid.

Permitted Use

You may use our platform for its intended purpose of connecting with service providers. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without written permission.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or other reasons at our discretion.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notifications.
